  • Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, all your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • The deletion process involves securely closing your account in our system as well as in third-party systems
  • If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before proceeding with deletion. You can also request a refund if applicable.
  • If you change your mind, you can cancel the deletion request within 14 days by contacting our support team. Your data will remain recoverable during this period.

No, once the deletion process is finalized your account and data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. However, within a 14-day period, you can cancel your deletion request by contacting our support team.
